2006-09 Brooklyn Amity School an international  K-12 private school; (vice principal) all aspects of personnel: hiring, supervision, development; curricular planning; special projects; long-range planning; community relations, media, accreditation.

2005-06 Performing Arts and Technology High School—created arts-infused curricula, conducted professional staff development in English Language Arts;

 2005-07 Sports Academy for Life, (co-founder) a proposed new small high school in Brooklyn;

Reform Specialist(94-95), Madison Park High School, Boston Public Schools-- Led focus groups of students, staff and faculty toward revitalization of this major vocational education institution. Assisted in creating viable, project-based, cooperative learning-based curriculum.
